We start with the current workflow. Then we decide what to build, what to connect, and what to leave alone. Replacement is not the default.
Build around what already works
If a system is doing its job, we can leave it in place and build around it. New software should reduce friction, not create a second way of working.
After launch we can maintain, host, fix, update, and keep developing the software. Support is agreed per project. We do not promise 24/7 coverage unless that is written down.
